Top 5 Foods That Help Prevent Constipation

Foods To Get Rid Of ConstipationOur bodies are amazing machines designed to work without us doing anything other than moving. Yet, we have sometimes caused this amazing machine to be corrupted. We are required to move, eat and work. We fail to move enough, eat the proper foods and work our body. We must make sure that when eating, we eat foods necessary to keep this well defined flowchart working at maximum capacity.

Each one of us is made in a special unique way. We have a system that will automatically respond to certain stimuli. Food being one of those amazing tools used to make our body respond can also be the cause of major corruption to a sometimes flawless mechanism.

To reprogram and modify this flowchart reconditioning it to work at optimal level, we sometimes have to go through a process of elimination. However, our doctors, scientist, chemist and people with those MDA's and other acronyms behind their name have finally come to realize and make us realize that certain foods we eat make the body react differently. It's amazing, but this is something our parents and their parents told us eons ago. Without going into additional scientific details, there are five foods that make anyone with no major damage to their system eliminate without using chemicals.

Whole Kernel Corn

Whole Kernel Corn is amazing. It's one of those super foods that moves through the body like a brush. It brushes the colon freeing it from any material that has begun to clog and prevent it's free moving capabilities. With a little work from the body by using a minute portion of the interior of the kernel, the remainder performs a job like no chemical based colon cleanser or detox pills advertised or on the store shelves ever could. Eat corn on the cob or frozen or canned whole kernel corn and watch the results after a few days. Your body will love you for it.

Watermelon

Watermelon is a complete food by itself. Most are surprised when discovering that watermelon is a total body cleanser. With no side effects, nasty after taste or any of the negatives. When eaten, watermelon moves through the body brushing the intestinal wall and cleaning the kidneys, bladder, heart, colon, liver and numerous other organs and parts of the body. Watermelon does not cause you to gag and it definitely taste great. And without drinking a gallon of water, watermelon, as demonstrated by its name, is composed almost entirely of 'water.' Eat a slice of watermelon and within minutes, the body seems to go into the elimination process moving waste out and restoring the colon and intestines. Without being disgusting, you need to look at the elimination material moved from the body after eating watermelon. Remember when looking at all of the 'gunk' that was inside of you before eating the watermelon you'll find yourself making an effort each day to eat a 'food' that will help you to eliminate properly. For a great article on the Watermelon cleansing diet, read Dr Ariels Article 'The Watermelon Cleanse.'

Broccoli

Most people turn their noses up at broccoli. However, if you want to clean the gunk from your intestines and move the body to natural elimination, uncooked broccoli in a broccoli and raisin salad is amazing. After a few meals of just this one terrific salad with a glass of water or even a cup of coffee, you will be moving almost effortlessly. Broccoli is a member of the family of cruciferous vegetables. Once it hits the colon and intestinal walls, the slime and mucus begins to be pushed out of the body helping the removal of all other waste as it eases through. Most people who cook broccoli overcook it. Therefore the recommendation is to eat it raw allowing your body to become accustomed to this cancer fighting mega food.

Oatmeal

A cup of oatmeal each morning or simply adding oatmeal to some of your other dishes can make an amazing difference in the way you feel each day. After a few meals, your body will begin to allow elimination to occur on a regular schedule. The body should move all waste through it regularly after each meal. If not, something is causing your internal lines to clog. When eating oatmeal, if there are no health issues, the elimination process begin shortly after consuming a meal. When we begin to feel sluggish and just not good, something is going on internally. Sometimes just changing your diet and eating habits can make a world of difference.

Raw Celery

A slice of celery with a dollop of peanut butter and a few raisins is better than any snickers bar and much healthier. And this snack add only a whopping '10' calories and that's solely from the peanut butter. Add a dollop of cottage cheese and you increase the calorie intake to 12. But the amazing thing about this healthy snack is that you can eat all you want and never gain a pound. Why you might ask. Because it begins the elimination process almost immediately. Celery is one of those high fiber foods that moves through you and then is moved out of you almost exactly like it went in. While inside however, it begins to act like the 'scrubbing bubbles' and scrubs the intestinal walls removing the mucus and slimy buildup.

Our body is designed to work like a well oiled machine. However, it must have the proper ingredients to work or function at the optimal level. If not, the internal mechanisms begin to break down creating havoc. The damage from eating an unhealthy diet occurs over a lengthy period of time. So, when you begin to eat healthier, remember, it's going to take a little time to get your intelligent design working properly again. Begin immediately to take in those foods that allow cleaning and restoration. The results will be amazing.
