By morning your constipation problems should have disappeared. 7. Castor Oil has long been praised as a remedy for constipation. However, precaution should be taken. Please follow exact directions on bottle prior to consuming. 8. For children, fiber filled muffins, such as Bran muffins, can safely be eaten daily and are fun to bake together! This is also a great relief for pregnant women and adults. 10. And finally walking! Nothing more natural than walking about outdoors! This great exercise done for 20 minutes a day can greatly alleviate constipation while you get your daily recommended amount of exercise time in.
