Step 1
Do a little cleaning before starting out, so your bathroom and toilet bowel are clean. You will feel more comfortable doing a colon cleanse in a clean environment.
Step 2
Get some Colon Flush Tablets to flush out your colon; you can get a free trial here on the internet.
Step 3
After between 12 and 24 hours it is time to begin to go to the bathroom.
Step 4
When it is done for example in the morning start out the day with between 6 to 10 cups of water depending on how much you weigt., add a Colon Purify Tablet, boil it till the salt is dissolved, and drink the water with the salt. It is ok if it takes a little time, because it does not taste that good. If it is impossible for you to drink, ad a little lime to take the salty taste.
Step 5
You might feel dizzy, nausea, headache or feel like vomiting but that is normal, be a little patient, it is the salt in the water that is carrying out all the toxins in your intestines. This process will take some hours depending how much toxins you have in your colon.
Step 6
Take it easy for the rest of the day, have some good homemade soup with vegetables and do not eat any meat. If you don't know how to make soup it is ok to buy some as long as there is no meat it in. Ad some fresh juice based on vegetables as well.
When this process is done you will feel much better, the Constipation And Bloating should be gone and you should have lost a few pounds as well.
Colon Cleansing can be done every week if needed and if it fits in to your time schedule. Else every 2 weeks to a month will be fine.

Implantation bleeding - 13 DPO, lightly?
For the past 2 weeks I have the classic symptoms of being pregnant, nausea, cramping around 9-10 DPO, sore/tender breasts, constipation and bloating......I experience NONE of this prior to getting my period. Sooo, I figured something was up. However, I woke up this morning assuming I had gotten my period, but it's 3 days EARLY & I had NO cramping, which is weird, because I cramp a few hours before my period begins and it usually wakes me from a sound sleep. DH has insisted that there's still a possibility
ANYWAY, AF is like clockwork for me. Cramp a few hours at the beginning of my period, bleed moderately for 2 1/2 days and then its gone. It's really hard to tell if this is my regular flow or not = [... No surprises, so I'm all sorts of confused this month!!!!!! Just wondering how many people have been in my situation and HAVE been pregnant, or have not. What did it look like, feel like, and even smell like. Sorry if TMI!
BFN yesterday morning also.
