Foot That Causes Constipation And Its Remedies

There are so many health freaks claimed at times that claim that constipation is actually caused by a lack of fiber in the diet. This is totally wrong! Most of our food that we eat in fact does not contain much fiber. A watermelon that merely contains .2% fiber, will without doubt keep your colon active, and while white bread and cookies, that contain 3% fiber may cause constipation.

Constipating Foods For ToddlersThe foods that however cause constipation are somewhat actually prepared proteinous food and other dairy products, wheat products, and supplementary iron and supplementary calcium. If the calcium level becomes elevate then the colon muscles become inhibited and it is also bad for the bones.

Cooking or the preparation of proteinacous foods is also constipating to adults. This is reason because of the influence of heat. In foods that are cooked and new substances are created. These include beta-carbonlines. These beta-carbolines are an anesthetic that further slow down the bowels so that constipation may occur. Prepared proteinous foods are even most likely to cause constipatioin. Examples of these types of foods those are cheese, tofu, and canned meat and fish.

Milk contains an opoid called peptides. It is in a mother's milk of every mamal that to make sure the baby gets enough sleep. Constipation may that caused by the sedative effects that the peptides release. Babies easily absorb these molecules into the blood and however for older people it remains in their digestive tract. Peptides are indigestible and though can anaesthetize the bowels before they are decomposed. Butter, however so does not cause constipation. It only contains a very small amount of protein then and a lot of bowel stimulating fat.

Lots of plants contain toxic or anesthestic subtances. Opioid peptides are also found in wheat. Constipation can also be caused by the wheat-opoid peptides anaesthizing the bowels. These peptides are in special proteins called gluten, and are set free by the digestion enzymes.

Wheat products, especialy wheat bread, cookies, pastries an pastas are not just wheat products but they are even also prepared proteinacous foods. Due to the heat, the proteins are changed. Some of the damaged opioid peptides are such very to decompose by the enzymes and some of the original beta-carbolines inhibit the enzymes.

Not everyone becomes constipated. This is reason because opioid susbtances are not equally susceptible to everyone. It all depends on the fact how susceptible your recepters are to opioid substances if you will or will not become constipated by consuming these foods. It differs greatly per person.

Vegetables that have been prepared contain beta-carbolines and that contain high amounts of protein will be more constipating. It also depends how mucch fiber are in those vegetables. Both beans and beans contain lots of fiber that will probably not cause constipation, but could cause cramping.
